Elisabeth Barragan named Boys & Girls Club 'Youth of the Year'

Elisabeth Barragan's teaching efforts — including teaching English to her parents, math to a younger brother and literacy skills to young children — and her overall academic performance has won her the coveted "Youth of the Year Award" from the Boys & Girls Club of the Peninsula.
