Menlo Park cat burglar sent to prison

It's at least 30 years in prison for Scott James Froberg, 42, of Santa Cruz, who in September pleaded "no contest" to three residential burglaries in January 2008 — including two nighttime burglaries in Menlo Park when the residents were at home and asleep.
