Woodside's Kathleen Scutchfield gives conservation easement to POST

The Toto Ranch, 952 acres along Highway 1 south of Half Moon Bay, won't be developed into luxury homes thanks to the generosity of its owner, Kathleen Scutchfield of Woodside.
