SB 375 (Steinberg) is a menace. They are stepping in from the State level and want to make land use decisions for us. A developers dream bill. REal teeth may be in this bill, because they are possibly going to take away transportation funds if we don't do what they (Sacramento) wast.
We need this law reversed.
