A public records request reveals a forwarded e-mail from then Lieutenant Glenn Nielsen to his boss Chief Robert Brennan about a Tiger Woods Driver the e-mail was sent on December 12, 2007 more than two weeks before Officer Yee was suspended pending an Internal Affairs investigation over the alleged theft of golf clubs.

In his e-mail addressed to Chief Robert Brennan and Jennifer Frew, Lieutenant Nielsen says \"shall we share this joke with Officer Yee?\"

One has to wonder what Officer Yee might have said or done to cross the thin blue line.

Stay tuned, this story is bound to get better as discovery proceeds in litigation pending against the Town of Atherton. You can bet that police reports written by former Officer Yee will be subponead.
