"Largely low-income Belle Haven"?
Those cracker boxes are going for $500,000.+
That bridge has been a crime access route since it was built.
By your report the Police Cmdr. hasn't a clue
Try asking the senior police officers in the dept.
Ahhh. Forget that. There are none.
I wonder why?

I and several other bicyclists use the pedestrian bridge daily to provide a safe way to reach our jobs on the east side of 101. Neither Marsh Road or Willow Road overpasses are particularly safe for bicyclists, particularly when dark or in inclement weather.
I hope that any changes to this bridge take into account the needs of its intended users.
