Financial Fitness by Zonta Club of Silicon Valley

The Zonta Club of Silicon Valley presented "Financial Fitness," a financial education program -- including Hands on Banking, investments, budgeting, and careers in finance -- to 144 middle school girls. They were attending Tech Trek, a science camp for girls at Stanford University, hosted by AAUW.
Zonta provided two scholarships to local girls. This is one of their annual projects.
Zonta International is a worldwide service organization of business and professional executives dedicated to advancing the status of women worldwide.
The Zonta Club of Silicon Valley selects, funds, and participates in community services. The members are from Menlo Park, Woodside, Redwood City, Mountain View, and San Jose. For further information on Zonta go to http://www.Zonta.org .
