Christian Sbragia, an educator in the East Palo Alto community who started the nonprofit CoolineKids, died on Jan. 5 at the age of 19.

Christian sounds like a great kid who died tragically. However I am unfamiliar with anyplace called East Menlo Park. Belle Haven is the Menlo Park neighborhood next to East Palo Alto, and it is sometimes called 'east Menlo' in conversation, but there is no town or city named East Menlo Park anywhere around here.
