Leaders from three nonprofits and educational institutions gathered virtually last week to celebrate Cinco de Mayo by highlighting the battles and victories the Latinx community in San Mateo County has faced during the pandemic so far.

Mr. Perez, what percent is African American, also a recognized minority.
