The criteria for early vaccination has certainly been a moving target: front-line healthcare workers, first-responders, nursing home residents, essential workers, and now an age based criteria of those 65+. Add to that teachers, grocery store workers, an equity component, and you want to add those with disabilities.

Every group can and does make their own argument and justification for getting a vaccine sooner rather than later to which I generally accept their points.

But if everyone is first, who is second or God forbid, last?
