Sophomore Class Advisors at Menlo-Atherton High School, Amelia Kratzer and Susie Wagstaff, created a Stay Strong Banner Project to promote a sense of community during these tough times in 2020. Working with sophomore class teachers and school clubs, they collected art submissions from mostly sophomore students with positive messages such as “Don’t give up!” and “Persevere!” The banner hangs in front of the M-A campus on Middlefield Road near the digital board, which also features the students' individual artworks.
