While walking downtown this past Saturday saw people dining and hanging out. One Menlo PD woman chatting with a group of people, none of them wearing masks including her.
Too bad. Personal choice but no concern for anyone around them.

I hope the local governments take into account that these local restaurants only have a few months to make some of their losses back, before it gets too cold for outdoor dining. These governments need to speed up all the approval processes.
