PUBLISHER-

WHY DON'T YOU APPLY FOR GRANT FUNDING. HAVE YOU CONTACTED THE SILICON VALLEY FOUNDATION, FOR INSTANCE?

It's not easy to find grant funding when one is not a designated 501(c)3 – especially not for general operations or all-purpose local news reporting.

It's fine to make that suggestion; more helpful still would be for each of us who frequents these pages to subscribe and stop free-loading on a valuable local resource.

I pay for the Almanac and it is the same publisher as Palo Alto on line, correct?
