Menlo Park man arrested in suspected DUI crash

A Menlo Park man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence early Saturday (Nov. 30) after flipping a car on a ramp to U.S. Highway 101 in Redwood City, according to the California Highway Patrol.

So glad that no innocent people were injured by this criminal this time. I hope he gets the help he needs before he does injure or kill someone.

I am not defending the man, but people make mistakes. Most people have driven under the influence at one point in their life. I don’t like how we make criminals out of ordinary people who make mistakes. Meanwhile in California you can steal whatever you want and basically serve no jail time.

Driving under the influence is NOT a mistake. It IS a crime, and should be punished accordingly.
