County election communications aren't secure, grand jury claims

As 2020 approaches, the San Mateo County Civil Grand Jury has released a new report that raises concerns about the security of county elections. The threat: that the county's online election communications could be hacked.

hmmmm, we can't stop phishing, the most basic kind of attack.

But, hey, pinkie-swear, the vote count systems are as secure as Fort Knox! Honest!

Maybe as secure as the Alamo?

Can they withstand a 13 day seige? From not just the Russians, but as we learned from the *president, any foreign country that wants to throw America into chaos? After all, he said he won't do anything about it. ANd thus far, proved he wasn't, for once, lying.
