Totally agree with Danna Breen! Hands off our beloved frog pond area!

The residents have made their position clear - no development of the frog pond. We hope the town council is listening. Also, no development of the Stanford wedge! This land currently is used as a stable for horses, something the town should embrace, not destroy. There are also public hiking trails in the wedge, trails are part of the town charter!

It seems that the residents of the town believed in the value of adu’s as a way to help with the housing crisis. I personally side with most residents who draw the line at sacrificing open spaces, nature and recreation for just. few homes. I understand that some council members take this hard stance personal, just know that we take our nature, open space and recreation very personal as well. Stop the development, focus our energy on stopping the large corporations from over developing office space! Move jobs out of the Bay Area before it’s too late!

Hey, "PV Resident".... are you going to volunteer your job to be the first one to move out of the Bay Area?

David b - you can have my job, the commute to Mountain View has become a nightmare. The point being that we shouldn’t be adding new jobs on top of an infrastructure tha can not support them,

"we shouldn’t be adding new jobs on top of an infrastructure tha can not support them"

Therein lies the problem, every town on the Peninsula have been building office space as quickly as they can get the permits issues, no one wants to build housing, let alone affordable housing. Just look at Stanford, they want to add huge new developments but don't want to build the housing that are required for the people working or studying in those buildings. They are just the latest example of a larger problem, how many new square feet of office space have been approved in Menlo and Paly without adding even a fraction of the housing needed for the people who will work there? What it has gotten us is a reduced quality of life, pollution and traffic from everyone forced to commute is making life here worse for all of us.
