Congrats on your new raise. When first hired you promised to live in Atherton. You made many promises, the current economy has saved you. Extra parcel tax lost, and finally the civilc center will be built. I’m so glad to see that your police department will have a real building, then trailers....

The best decision you made was the pick of your new police chief. But I credit the headhunter.

Many people see through your smoke and mirrors... You’re not fooling anyone, except the town council members.

Atherton has had some really bad city managers. The one great one we had, John Danielson, did not last too long, unfortunately. This fellow has done a competent job. The salary is within range. I’m guessing some of the police actually make more.
