If Gavin Newsom has endorsed Josh Becker, that tells me to vote for Becker’s opponent. Gavin Newsom = Kiss o’Death.

"Gavin Newsom = Kiss o’Death."

Yup. Old Gavin barely beat his Republican opponent by what?

62 to 38.

Squeaked by him at the wire!

(Thank you, for your concern!)

Newsom’s endorsement is a game over moment in the campaign. Rivals will try to balance it out by attempting to rally hard right republicans against it. But moderates and right leaning voters were already leaning toward Becker’s business experience. Congrats to Becker’s team for clearing the board so early.

Hi Noah,

You are and many more are part of the problem here in California. Your group has already ruined this state and I don’t think it could every be fixed any time soon,

Thanks

"Your group has already ruined this state”

Oh, the salty tears - they make a great margarita...

For the majority.

62 to 38, just to remind you.

Surprise! Wealthy white man endorses wealthy white man! The better, and actually qualified, candidate is former CA Legislator and Speaker Pro Tem Sally Lieber. Her political and humanitarian work over decades has proven her commitment, mettle, and abilities. Sally is an environmental champion, a fighter for equality and a compassionate and proven effective leader, Sally has served as a Councilwoman and Mayor of Mountain View, a County Commissioner, and was a three-term State Assemblywoman (until she was termed out) and as the State Assembly’s Speaker pro Tempore.

In her political career, Sally led on issues including environmental protection, alternative energy, human rights, access to education, prison reform, and government transparency. If these are issues that also concern you, find out more about her legislative record of accomplishments at www.sallylieber.org. No other candidate can match her.

Let me understand this correctly, Josh Becker, two time Senate race loser, gains the endorsement of CA State Governor!?! [Editor's note: Becker ran unsuccessfully for Senate only once.]

Becker said both he and the governor "favor bold action" around issues of transportation, homelessness, and the environment."

San Mateo County transportation is awful, CA homelessness is record breaking, and not in a good way, and the environment. We needed to add the token "environment" to the list, got it, duly noted.

A vote for Josh Becker is a vote for the status quo!

Becker still believes in spending billions on high speed rail. He refuses to face reality because he wants to get union endorsements. So where's his plan for grade crossings to deal with increased Cal Train service? Oh, he doesn't have one.
