Menlo Park sports trainer charged in sexual assault case involving teenage girl

Tristan Arfi of Redwood City, owner of the Boxing Theory Gym in Menlo Park, is facing arraignment next week on sexual assault charges involving a teenage girl he trained, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office.
