When Menlo Park's Charlotte Acra was 15, she saw a problem she thought had big implications - the small number of girls and minorities in technical and science fields - and set out to do something about it.

I've often said, if you want to solve an impossible problem, give it to a young person. They don't seem to understand "impossible". They just put their heads together and address the issue. Cudos to Charlotte!!!!
