I have an idea for saving money: why don't we just hire the consultant and fire the board. It seems that all they do is hire a consultant when something needs to be done. This way, we wouldn't have to deal with the incompetence of the board on a daily basis. Just work with the consultant.
Or maybe saving money isn't an issue for the board as they seem to always be awash in cash...
