With the final swing to approved late in the count they really do need a recount of the Measure W votes. If there is a petition asking for that recount I would sign it.

Why do a recount? Just because in the latter half of reporting, one side lost? So John Kerry should have won in 2004 because we went to bed with him ahead?
Seems like the issue is with the "sore" loser, not any factual problem. What am I missing?
