Portola Valley: Residents asked to be on lookout for black sedan

Deputies with the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office are asking residents of Portola Valley to be on the lookout for a "newer model" black sedan, possibly a Lexus or a Volkswagen, with paper license plates.
