The article notes that "the power lines supplying the commercial district at the intersection of Woodside and Canada roads are vulnerable, the site says."
But when I go to the linked map, the intersection of Cañada Rd. and Woodside Rd. does not appear to be affected. Perhaps I'm reading this map wrong? Or perhaps the power lines that supply the commercial district are to the west, and are in the affected region?
If this is the case, then the map is not very useful, since areas that appear unaffected might be affected due to the direction where power comes from.

Dave Boyce is a registered user.
I recommend entering the addresses for Buck's of Woodside, the Village Bakery & Cafe, and Roberts Market.
They all come up as being served by a power line that would be a candidate for being pre-emptively shut down.

I thought this week was "Infrastructure Week" where our government builds and strengthens our infrastructure.
Dang, I guess not...

Tax cuts for billionaires when our grid is failing?
How positively trumpian.

Thanks PG&E Not!
Sticking it to the consumer again after burning down Santa Rosa and blowing up San Bruno due to your lousy infrastructure maintenance.

Why are PV and WS getting lousy service, we probably pay much more than neighboring towns who aren’t in the fire zone—there is a reason they charge us more! We need to demand fair service. I’ll be calling to complain tomorrow and I urge all PV and WS residents to do the same. Our towns deserve the best of the best, and infrastructure is no exception.
