What a horrible thing to do to an innocent creature. An additional worry with such a cruel treatment of an animal is that it may lead onto treating people with violence and cruelty. I ask that anyone who knows who did this to please inform the police so the disturbed person involved can receive mental health treatment.

How do we know it wasn't found dead then hung up? Teens do odd things.
