The project to rebuild the Menlo Park main library appears to be proceeding, but the approach erodes public trust, confidence and support.

So what is happening to the Arrillaga Library Project? Is it going forward? If the project was removed from the priority list, is the city still devoting resources to it?

The transparency issue is a major one.

I thought this idea had died in committee

Libraries are going to go the way of Big Box Retail, out, Just google Sears,

Remodel it but don't build new or expand it.
