Good job Mr. DePaula. Unfortunately, given my past observations of these peoples behavior and ethics, I doubt any of them will withdraw their endorsement. Why? Because they ALL already knew about Operation Doll House unless they've been living under a rock and they went ahead and endorsed Bolanos anyway.

The Supervisors made No comment while Mark and I were in the chambers. Don Horsley couldn't help himself and at the 28:55 minute mark made a Pro Carlos G. Bolanos statement.

I spoke right after Mark gave an excellent presentation of his efforts as a private citizen to get to the truth for the last several years. I reminded the Supervisors that I had given them a 10 page document in June 2017 in public so that they couldn't deny knowledge of a female sheriff deputy asking me for help with upper management Sheriff Officers watching Porn on SMC Computers were she was forced to see because they would leave the photos on the screen for her to see. She also reported them sharing a Rape Video of an African woman. Carlos Bolanos was the UnderSheriff at that time.

The Supervisors are fine with this behavior.

I honestly was not aware he was placed inside until I saw the Depaula/Ullom posts re FBI the other day and read about Depaula at supes meeting. I knew about Munks. In any case, I should not have endosed even if he were outside the house. But I have to say I had been grateful for his help with a couple of hmb issues early last year when I informally said I would endorse him (never officially did so in writing).

Several female deputies have filed sexual harassment lawsuits against San Mateo County over the years. That coroner, Foucrault was in the press for being lewd and inappropriate office.

The attorney for the Victim Bar Tender just happened to be the attorney several Sheriff Deputies told me is called the Fixer by the Sheriff"s Office.

I sent out the video from the March 13, 2018 San Mateo County Board of Supervisors --to all San Mateo County- City Council members -- it stated if you are endorsing Carlos G. Bolanos for Sheriff in the June 5, 2018 election, please withdraw your endorsement..

Thank you, Mr. Melville, for bravely running for sheriff in a county that, as you've pointed out, doesn't often bother to have such elections. Or when it does, the opponent for the incumbent is arrested on a boatload of trumped up charges, and his girlfriend is too.

Misbehaving in sexual matters (or just allegations thereof) may warrant not watching House of Cards unless such actor is fired, or not going to the opera or symphony unless such conductors are fired, but a sheriff going to an underage brothel doesn't make SMC citizens or a multitude of its elected officials bat an eye?

Melville's comments are articulate, intelligent, and enlightened. More transparency and accountability for law enforcement? Treating everyone with dignity and respect? Wanting the democratic process to play out for elected offices? Do these ideas have a place in this county?

We can only hope. There is a very curious disconnect between the very high education level here in San Mateo County and how this issue is being treated. It's really bizarre.

Carole Groom of District 2 Supervisor of San Mateo County called me over 4 weeks ago to tell me she voted not to appoint Carlos G. Bolanos for Sheriff in July 12, 2016, but now endorses him. I said why? Carole's response was " Carlos is doing a good job". I said I would like to show you the FBI data that was sent to me on January 8, 2018. Carole's response was I will talk to to Carlos, and I said I have the FBI data. This conversation was by her private phone 6 weeks ago.

Have all San Mateo Board Supervisors been given a copy of "Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking- Las Vegas, Nevada" put out by Shared Hope International, and funded by a grant by the U.S. Department of Justice? They need to see Munks and Bolanos singled out and cited on Page 9 in the report, which notes that media did not report that MINORS were found at the brothel.

Bolanos's "I have nothing to say about nothing happened 11 years ago" statement is entirely insufficient for voters.

Here is what you don't know.

There were four people in the limo that Munks and Bolanos took to the brothel at 3474 Eldon Street. Two of those Deputies went from Sergeant to Assistant Sheriff in a span of just a few years before retiring out. Their pay went from ~$130,000 to $220,000 per year in that short span of time.

Why did that limo become the most effective promotion tool in the history of the SMCSO?

Because not only was Munks in the bedroom and Bolanos near the front door when the raid happened, after being placed in handcuffs they both provided a fake ID to the LVMPD. When LVMPD could not identify them they took them downtown to holding.

While that was happening the other two Deputies who escaped the raid and one other female Lieutenant went to the Mandalay Bay to get Munk's and Bolanos's real ID before going to the station to bail them out. (Yes, we (and they) know who they are, just not saying here…)

Presenting a false ID in Nevada is a Class E Felony. When Munks and Bolanos provided a false ID hoping they would be let go they broke the law. They committed a felony. They were taken downtown, unlike the others caught in the sting, because no one knew who they were and their ID came back zero.

Conspiring to conceal a crime is a crime in California. Even a crime in Nevada. A crime everywhere.

Now you know why those two deputies in the limo and the Lt. who went to bail out Munks and Bolanos rocketed through the leadership structure of the SO until they retired after being third in command.

It’s the crime and the cover-up that should make any of the four horsemen and Bolanos ineligible to be a Sheriff or Deputy. If the County was less corrupt this would have been properly handled ten years ago. Instead County leaders, Including the DA and Sup Horsley looked the other way. They had to have heard the rumors, even if they didn't know the details.

It is past time to stop looking the other way.

If you want proof of the promotion chain look at the employment history and compensation for recent Assistant Sheriff’s and work backwards.

And look at the top right now. One of the five (“The Dish”) is sitting there in plain view.

She knows everything.

That source sounds very knowledgeable. In order for reporters to do stories they need to speak to the source of this information. They can't do it without this person's help. His or her anonymity can be assured. Interested, Almanac editors?

Two women "at the top": Captain Alma Zamora and Captain Christina Corpus. My money is on Zamora. She's married to retired Assistant Sheriff Tom Gallagher. Easy to connect the dots.

So in 2017 Gallagher retired as Assistant Sheriff making $212,671 per year so that Jeff Kearnan could be promoted to Assistant Sheriff from Captain, making $214,185 a year, thereby leaving a Captains slot open for Gallagher's wife.

Kearnan then retires a year and a half later.

In 2012-2014 Gallagher went from Lieutenant to Assistant Sheriff in approximately a year and a half!

Kearnan went from Lieutenant to Assistant Sheriff in a little over two years.

Speaking of social media misuse , why is the San Mateo Sheriff office Facebook page posting paid ads about themselves on the actual Facebook page? Who is paying for these paid ads? Bolanos election campaign? Or the County? Either way, there's something wrong and someone needs to investigate who or what that paid for these self promoting ads on content page of SMC Sheriff Facebook page

Under the Bolanos endorsement at the San Mateo Daily Journal in comment section, a commenter named "Citizen" wrote: ..." I dont think Mr. bolanos liked what was written in here, someone on Twitter got blocked by the Bolanos campaign for quoting word for word the text of this specific editorial to him."

The Residents are getting Involved, Somebody with a great e-mail list sent this to most elected officials yesterday.

If you are receiving this email it is because you or a friend have endorsed a man who has either a) As a career lawman stood outside an obvious illegal brothel while his boss, the Sheriff of San Mateo County had sex with a probably minor sex-slave inside, or; b) Waited inside the brothel for his turn at the child sex-slaves while his boss was busy in one of the bedrooms.

There is no upside for you here. Add in the fact that it has now been alleged by an apparent SMCSO Deputy that Bolanos and Munks offered false IDs and were arrested and taken downtown before being bailed out by Gallagher, Kearnan and Sanchez and then add in the fact that the people who bailed them out appear to have been promoted ahead of grade and position up to the point of retirement as Assistant Sheriffs.

Carlos Bolanos is a toxic waste heap that is going to devour you if you remain supportive of him. Several smart local politicians have already pulled their endorsements of him. On Friday, Mr. Bolanos Tweeted his thanks to the San Mateo Daily Journal for their endorsement. A short while later, a citizen posted this Tweet in response:

"Half the piece discusses your detention in an FBI sting at an illegal brothel " in decrepit condition, and had prostitutes there from other countries. An FBI report on the investigation provided to the Daily Journal reveals there was likely a juvenile involved."

Although the citizen had simply quoted the SMDJournal story verbatim, Mr. Bolanos immediately blocked them.

Yesterday, First Amendment activist Angele Greben, who sued San Mateo PD, San Mateo Mayor and city of San Mateo about their misuse of Twitter last year, and got them to comply, Tweeted about Bolanos's blocking the citizen and questioned his use of Twitter, suggesting he had misused it.

Not long after Greben Tweeted about Bolanos, Bolanos deleted his entire Tweet thanking the Daily Journal for their endorsement along with the Tweet from citizen quoting from the story. Citizen is still blocked at this point.

Unless we know who was part of this conversation- five, ten, people or more?,it's just an unverified "story." Person who said Bolanos said this, should speak to media. These kinds of things need to be verified.

A number of people have written to all of the Board of Supervisors, asking them to withdraw their endorsement of Carlo Bolanos. A number of people have written to Jackie Speier, asking them to speak out against Operation Dollhouse once again and to endorse Mark Melville.

The Congresswomen wanted the appointment process opened up/started applications taken etc.. They had a favorite in mind.

The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors have oversight on appointed San Mateo County Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos, after June 5, 2018 a different issue, why? They appointed the Sheriff.
That is why I am voting for Mark D. Melville for San Mateo County Sheriff.

This is why I say Mark De Paula is a good and concerned citizen. He sees something and DOES something.
