Too easy of a topic Mr Berman! We want to hear your position on Assembly bil 827. Are you or are you not supporting a bill that will take away Menlo Park’s authority when it comes to the height and density of apartments proposed within ½ mile of “transit”? This bill robs our city of control over zoning and in the end will make affordable housing efforts disappear!
