A couple of things that get me lost on this...
1. A tire company is rating food (of course, I haven't used Michelin tires in years cause I prefer my tires to taste like rubber and not escargo)
2. I watched "Ratatouille" with my niece and nephew and their dog - it's about a rat that makes a soup and it's named after him... anyway, point being, ANYONE can cook.
3. I've been fortunate enough to eat at a few of these tire company rated places and I always leave hungry - and drunk, cause there is always more wine than food.

Hey Clunge —

I think you will find the reason for your confusion in item 3. The ordering and drinking of wine is optional, even at a Michelin starred restaurant. That would also explain the irrelevance of items 1 and 2.

Not to mention that Clunge doesn't know how to spell snails.
