Newton is stepping down as Menlo School football coach

Mark Newton is resigning after 14 years as football coach at Menlo School. A former quarterback at Menlo, Newton has guided the Knights to four Central Coast Section championship game appearances as well as a Peninsula Athletic League Ocean Division outright title this past season.
