The Portola Valley Planning Commission on Wednesday, Dec. 6, will hold the first of several study sessions, open to the public, to consider local regulations on the sale and outdoor cultivation of marijuana.

Cultivate all you want. Use all you want. Just please don't sell on the corner of Alpine and Portola Road, mere steps from our Middle School, and right in the heart of Town. We do not want random people driving up Alpine Road, please. We've already got issues with burglaries---the last thing we need is word to get out that we're happy to sell pot next door to to Roberts and the PV Hardware, and by the way, please case our homes at the same time.
