This wall in Los Trancos Creek in Ladera is one of two such walls under construction by the San Mateo County Public Works Department to stabilize the creek bank before the rainy season this winter.

Surely it's not about the paved trail or Stanford policy.

I have asked about this before. Info available is long and complicated. This should have been given to all residents in Ladera etc. It has been a pain for traffic.
