Jack Hickey is a registered user.

These marijuana growers are tapping into streams and rivers, drilling wells, and stealing the states natural resources. They bring trash and pollution in the communities for illegal profits. The marijuana black market will never go away because we still have a cigarette black market and the new market is teens and to grow illegal marijuana on public lands by criminals and hippies.
