Question for the FAA:

If two PC-12s land at San Carlos and one is private and gets charged no landing fee and the other is commercial and gets charged a landing fee is this not prohibited economic discrimination based on the class of service rather than on the impact on the airport?

The County Supervisors vote to spend $313,695 of taxpayer money to install a system that will insure the County is able to collect all of an expected $444,600 in landing fees from Surfair... and this helps the people suffering from the noise how?

Here is the FAA policy:

"3. Aeronautical fees may not unjustly discriminate against aeronautical users or user
groups. "
