Menlo Park council authorizes up to $6.7 million for affordable housing project

A proposal by the nonprofit housing developer MidPen Housing to redevelop the 1300 block of Willow Road into a 141-unit affordable housing complex got a funding jumpstart July 18.

Great idea! This is a perfect outreach for Facebook to take on. It recognizes the reality of the East side of 101 as it addresses a fundamental issue with action.
