Two teen boys injured by vehicle in hit-and-run

Two teen boys, both 15, were struck Wednesday by a vehicle in East Palo Alto that appears to have failed to stop for a stop sign and then drove off, according to Chief Harold Schapelhouman of the Menlo Park Fire Protection District.
