A 21-year-old East Palo Alto resident faces up to 11 years in state prison after pleading no contest to one felony count of residential burglary in Menlo Park and one felony count of assault while at the San Mateo County Maguire Correctional Facility in 2015.

He is a 21 year old young man. He has made bad choices. Have compassion for a very young man in trouble.

trust me, this guy has had plenty of chances in the past. People don't get sent to prison and end up on parole if they haven't had numerous chances before that sentence. Not to mention this guy is a known gang banger. He is beyond compassion or rescue. He is lost and should be imprisoned for as long as possible to protect society as I guarantee if he was released now he would immediately go back to victimizing his fellow citizens.
