Why is there no explanation as to how beneficiaries will be assisted by the Catalyst Housing Fund, e.g., will they receive rent subsidies? What applicant review and selection processes will be used? Requirements/qualifications? When will program become operational?

i applaud Facebook for these "beginnings" of ways
to assist community residents.
i'm disappointed that there is No Mention of assistance
to those in Bell Haven , Menlo Park.
Perhaps, Bell Haven needs to initiate it's own version of such
Advocacy. Perhaps gather together Non-Profits that directly focus
on Bell Haven?
Of course, not every Group of Citizens who will be in Threat of
"Displacement" by the presence and impending growth of Facebook
can be assisted.Correct?
there are numbers of Menlo Park Residents
in West Menlo Park who struggle against "Displacement" , too !

Maybe EPA should get their s'''' together and stop worrying about everyone else. You've been the burden of surrounding communities for years-- clean house and then let's talk.
