Glad to see that this program also includes new bike racks downtown and new bike lanes heading to downtown.

Does walking count? Why only rewards for biking?

Please also remind bikers that it is AGAINST THE LAW to ride on the downtown sidewalks.

Visit BikeMenloPark.org to see all 23 merchants who are participating and start shopping locally by bike!
Thanks for walking to Downtown Menlo Park! We love walkers and walk quite a bit ourselves, but this year's pilot program is designed to encourage people to bike to shop at merchants in Menlo Park for some trips instead of driving.
Comments and ideas to expand this program for next year are welcome! Please email BikeMenloPark@gmail.com with your ideas.
