No charges against Menlo Park developer David Bohannon in domestic dispute

No charges will be filed against Menlo Park developer David Bohannon, who was involved in a domestic dispute on Oct. 12 that led to his arrest by the Menlo Park Police Department, according to San Mateo County District Attorney's office.

You are absolutely right. Having spent years in law enforcement I can say with authority that it isn't always men that are the abusers. Women are frequently abusive towards men. Most men don't want to report it or acknowledge it because it isn't "manly."

This article fails to mention the 2nd arrest for violating the Restraining Order.
