Morning and afternoon traffic conditions will be subject to seasonal change starting Wednesday, Aug. 17, as the school year gets underway at Menlo-Atherton High School in Atherton, and Woodside High School in unincorporated Woodside.

I often take Alameda to get to Palo Alto, and notice the shabby state of weeds growing on the center divide of Alameda by Woodside High School. Some are over 2' high. What does this tell the students about how they are welcomed back to school? Not very cared about or respected, I think.
