Any information on what happened? Two cars collided? Car vs pedestrian?

See what happens when you move the street light and walkway up a couple blocks to the corner of the school? It was only a matter of time before there was an car accident on the corner of Hillview Elementary School. Just Surprised it hasn't happened sooner. Why did they move that traffic light and pedestrian walk way up a couple blocks anyway. It was fine in front of the church where it has been for ages.

Marie
You seem a bit confused. The traffic light in front of St Rays is still there. And the new signal at Elder has been a godsend.

Did any of the commenters actually read the article?!

I don't think this was car vs. pedestrian... at 3AM. Seriously...

Editor's note: Some comments were posted before we reported that it was a solo-vehicle accident with an SUV striking and shearing off a utility pole, according to police.
