Too bad for Trump - his national total may well reflect local results the way his campaign is tanking.

To paraphrase Animal House (apprpriately)...

"Out of money and drunk with narcissism is no way to run a campaign "

Trump runs a campaign comparable to the Animal House frat?

Uh, yeah.

Definitely broke. Can't retain talent. Will be drunk and disorderly by the end? Yeah.

No one is contributing to the Scampaigner-in-chief, Donald Trump.

GOP operative Rick Wilson:

You could hear the sound of their checkbooks closing tight. ... They don't want to have to throw good money after bad in a campaign with a guy who's not prepared to run, a guy who's not serious about running, and a guy who's frankly using this to build up his brand and enrich his company.

because...

AP: The Associated Press says that since it began, the Trump campaign has spent more than $6 million on Trump companies, products or venues.

Probably making the red hats in China, at the same factory he made Trump suits in, or in Turkey, where Trump ties came from.

Heaven knows where the Trumpsteaks really came from!

Trump!

what a brand!

(wow - wotta scam!)

1,748 votes. Have you talked to anyone locally who has publicly admitted for voting for Trump?

I have not spoken to a person who admits voting for Trump. Kind of the dirty little secret on the shelf in the closet.

See Binkleys father in Bloom County 2015 on fb.

Opus! Meadow Party!

Nice summation of another of Trump's scams, bilking folks that believed in him (fools never learn, just look at the GOP.)

"While his companies’ frequent trips to bankruptcy court are well known, there's another reason people might question his business acumen: One of his most high-profile companies was the first U.S. corporation to be accused of using "pro forma" accounting to exaggerate results and mislead investors.

Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts, a once publicly traded company whose shares dropped more than 90% when the firm sought bankruptcy protection, was charged in 2002 by the Securities and Exchange Commission..."

"It would be highly surprising if he (Donald Trump) wouldn't have known what was transpiring. This is the exact issue a chairman would demand to know. This is material information he has a duty to know," Stoltmann says. "The buck stops with the chairman."

@Caroline V. -- Conspiracy nonsense? Really?

And people wonder why some Bernie Sanders supporters have the reputation that they have.

The number of Republicans that have publicly announced they refuse to vote for Trump grows and grows.

Add to that the Republican politicians who refuse to endorse or even speak kindly about Trump.

The Speaker of the House and the Majority Leader both refuse to endorse the leader of the Republican Party.

Majority Leader McConnell even refused today to say that Trump was even qualified to be President.

The leader of the GOP isn't qualified to be president according to GOP politicians!

"Please watch youtube videos explaining the "election fraud in Democratic Primaries."

For similar amusement, google "election fraud in REPUBLICAN Primaries." Many good stories there, as well. Not even counting Ted Cruz's primary shenanigans.

Real Clear Politics AVERAGE of polls to date: Clinton has a 6.2% lead nationally. Swing state polls are mixed, but given that Trump essentially needs to run the table in swing states, Clinton holds a commanding lead.

Web Link

HuffPo average shows Clinton up 7% nationally.

This is a commanding lead for the time period - pre-conventions, and with Dems barely starting to solidify.

Where are the 2012 "Skewers" and apologists? Perhaps they are going to try to tell us that a divided GOP convention is good for the candidate.
