[Parts removed to avoid assumptions of guilt.]

The problem [part removed] is it they all plead out to misdemeanors and it's a revolving door. Crime will not stop until the judges throw away the key on [word removed] repeat offenders

Courts are so called "overflowing" with [word removed] thugs and lowlifes and the judges are so lenient it's pathetic. The cops are doing their job but the judges have got to go. We need STIFF sentences for [word removed] repeat thugs. There is no possibility of rehab [part removed]!
