Menlo Park: How zoning changes could affect traffic, water

An environmental impact report says that if the proposed zoning changes are made, the city's M-2 area – located east of U.S. 101 – could get more housing and more traffic, all while edging closer to maxing out the city's water allocation.

OKâ€¦ Is anyone else tired of pattern "modeling"? Traffic, aircraft noise, whateverâ€¦ It never exposes the eventual reality. It's just a bunch of algebra that consultants use to justify their (exorbitant) paychecks. X+Y always < than the real impacts to real people's lives.
