The California Highway Patrol is seeking the public's assistance in identifying and locating a vehicle involved with a fatal crash earlier this month on northbound U.S. 101 just south of Woodside Road.

And the police cannot check 999 license plates to see which ones are on light brown minivans and narrow the search considerably that way? Hmm.
