Tonight: Woodside council considers limits on basements

With a significant uptick in 2015 in the number of applications to build basements, and with designs that are increasingly sophisticated and massive, the Town Council will be considering an ordinance tonight (Feb. 9) that would set limits.

Hmmm...so some of the homes I have seen with elaborate underground "basements" encompassing wine cellars, fall out shelters, add on underground garages, etc. will now be illegal? Who told on us?

Well, no more escape tunnels like Tripp store folks. But what about two level wine cellars?
