Water customers in Menlo Park, Woodside and Portola Valley exceeded their water saving goals in September, and came close in Atherton.

Are we offering incentives to store rain water or recycle bath water tot eh yard yet?

Just got my usage info from Calwater. We used 126 gallons per day. We were below our allotted amount. "like" households used a whopping 3063 gallons PER DAY! What the hell? Who uses that much water in a day?

I happened to have to drive through Atherton a couple days ago, and I see no sign of a single distressed or thirsty plant there. I was amazed at how green everything was? Guess the rules just don't apply to really rich people.
