Laura Martinez suffered a big hit to her reputation in town by siding with the nasty Magda Gonzalez, former city manager for East Palo Alto. A great many of us noticed that she also tried to constantly marginalize city co-founder and long time council member Ruben Abrica. She lost a great deal of respect. Perhaps she can now take some time to contemplate what she has wrought and gain some wisdom.

With the smallest war chest, and from the home town with low voter turnout, Laura was always the candidate that would need to work smarter and harder than the others. She was not spending wisely on multiple Daily Post ads per day.
