Sheriff Deputy Juan P. Lopez wants 12 Jurors to hear the evidence, of what these people have done to him and his loved ones.

Just one example of how several citizens warned the Board of Supervisors many years ago of the DEEP LEVEL of CORRUPTION in the DA's Office and they have done nothing to protect the residents or the Taxpayers who end up paying the settlements.

This is how we do business in San Mateo County.

Is there somewhere we can read the full filing online or does one have to have a Pacer subscription to view the entire document?

Was Juan late in filing this action?

Like when he arrived late to file to run as a candidate, thus having to be a 'write-in'?

Terrible that his dog ate his homework like that....

I'd be more concerned that our elected officials think it's ok to come after someone for challenging them. You could be on the receiving end of these corruptocrats some day.

I'm not.

Repeatedly elected public officials that you oppose - and then start calling folks names because your side lost.

"Sheeple"?

Way to gain traction for your pov.

And watch out for Juan's dog!

Just a note.

June 2, 2014 San Francisco, Sheriff Deputy Juan Lopez, Mark DePaula and myself were being interviewed at a Spanish Speaking Radio Station, We were talking about making San Mateo County Safer. We were talking about responses to 911 calls, thinking of Errol Chang etc.

The very next day 18 year old Yanira Serrano-Garcia was killed by a San Mateo County Sheriff Deputy within 20 seconds of his arrival on scene of a 911 call for medical help.

Anything from the Palo Alto Daily Post today? Almanac editors: are you planning on doing a story on this?
